About the role

We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to build and operate the systems that run our data collection at scale. You will own our cloud environments, deployment pipelines, monitoring and reliability across hundreds of recurring client jobs.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS and DigitalOcean
Manage container, scheduling and job-orchestration systems
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code
Implement monitoring, alerting and logging across production systems
Manage databases, storage, networking and proxy infrastructure
Improve system reliability, security, performance and cost efficiency

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps or site reliability engineering
Strong Linux administration skills
Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms
Experience with Docker and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Ansible
Proficiency in Python or Bash scripting
Experience operating PostgreSQL or other production databases

Nice to have

Experience supporting web crawling or data pipeline workloads
Experience with Kubernetes
Familiarity with proxy networks and large-scale HTTP traffic
Experience with Prometheus, Grafana or similar monitoring tools
